Magno Mariano’s workshops are designed to connect people with music from an experiential, corporal and emotional place. They are spaces where technique is combined with free expression, and where each participant can discover their own musical voice, regardless of the level of experience.
From the energy of Afro-Brazilian rhythms to the subtlety of vocal improvisation or collective creative exploration, each workshop is an invitation to open the senses, to listen to the other and to create in community. Adaptable to educational, cultural or artistic contexts, they are designed for different audiences: children, adults, musicians in training, professionals or people curious about sound art.
Brazil-Canary Islands Rhythms
A body and sound workshop that invites you to experiment with Afro-Brazilian rhythms and island sounds through percussion, movement and guitar. Ideal for diverse groups, it encourages coordination, expression, and collective connection to rhythm.
Free Vocal Improvisation
A creative space to explore the voice as an expressive instrument without the need for technical knowledge. Group dynamics, vocal play, active listening and collective construction are worked on, facilitating an emotional and liberating journey through singing.
Creative Fusion Ínsula–Brazil
Workshop aimed at musicians and artists interested in creating original repertoire from diverse cultural influences. Through practical exercises and group explorations, we investigate how to integrate Brazilian and Atlantic sound languages into our own or collaborative pieces.
